Job Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Assistant based in Las Vegas, Nevada, to join our growing team and support our sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and motivated to contribute to the team’s success, and enjoys collaborating across departments from marketing to logistics to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Support

Identify new leads across our core industries that we cater to

Call companies to find the correct point of contact for distributors, mid-size and large retailers

Identify new industries/companies that align with our assortment of existing and pipeline products.


Sales Forecasting

Track revenue trends and assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting.

Provide insights into sales performance, top products, and growth opportunities.


E-Commerce

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product listings on WooCommerce are accurate, updated, and optimized.

Help facilitate order placement


Customer Support

Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations

Track and record customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Assist on big box retailer accounts and manage as needed


Tradeshow & Event Support

Assist with trade shows by helping to set up, man the booth, and take apart displays and materials.

Engage with visitors and collect leads for the sales team


Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Required Experience:

Prior Sales experience in a tool or product environment working with retailers/distributors is a big plus

Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

  • Previous experience in sales, the e-commerce industry, or a related field
