Stakha is recruiting for its client a Senior Fullstack Engineer (back-oriented) Python / Typescript (up to 85k€) and a Lead Software Engineer (up to 100k€) to work on a startup based in Paris (3 days remote)

Scaling a profitable SaaS from $2M to $20M ARR comes with real backend & data challenges - that’s exactly where this role sits.

This Paris-based startup recently acquired by a group, now entering a major scale phase while staying fully independent.

🔷 Project: Search Intelligence platform (analyzing global search + LLM data to detect market trends)

👥 Staff: ~12 people (lean, senior team – 3 engineers today)

👤 Open Role: Fullstack Engineer (up to 85k€) / Lead Engineer (up to 100k€)

🛠 Stack: Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, React / Next.js, Terraform, Docker, AWS

📍 Location / Remote policy: Paris (Saint-Lazare) – hybrid (3 days remote)

💵 Salary: up to 85k€ (Senior) / 100k€ (Lead) – fixed

🎯 Key competencies:

• Strong Python engineering skills
• Solid SQL expertise (complex queries, performance, data modeling)
• Experience in startup / scale-up environments
• Ability to work on data-heavy systems end-to-end (full-stack)
• Clear thinking, strong communication, product mindset
• Fluent in English 🇬🇧 and French 🇫🇷 (international scale and company)
