JOB DESCRIPTION

The Partner Account Manager is responsible for relationship-building and partner enablement.

A sales professional in this role focuses on nurturing existing resellers and technology

partners to maximize mutual success and revenue growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

New Partner Acquisition

  • Aggressively identify and recruit high-potential reseller and solution partners within the assigned EMEA territory.
  • Develop and execute a streamlined, effective partner recruitment strategy focused on building a robust channel network to maximize Voiso’s market penetration.
  • Qualify potential partners, evaluating their alignment with Voiso’s offerings and market goals to ensure high-impact relationships.


Sales-Driven Relationship Development

  • Build strong, sales-focused relationships with new partners to drive immediate results.
  • Engage partners from initial contact through onboarding, providing them with the tools and support needed to start generating revenue quickly.
  • Manage and support partners’ early-stage growth, ensuring they can rapidly bring Voiso’s solutions to market and deliver strong initial sales.


Revenue Growth and Performance

  • Actively drive revenue growth through new partners, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets for each partner relationship.
  • Track partner sales performance closely, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure they reach their revenue potential with Voiso.
  • Report on performance metrics, partner forecasts, and territory progress with a focus on continuous growth and improvements.


Market Knowledge and Competitive Awareness

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the CCaaS industry to identify trends, market demands, and untapped opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, positioning Voiso as the preferred CCaaS provider by communicating our unique features, rapid deployment capability, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay ahead of competitors, providing insight and updates to Voiso’s internal teams to refine partner acquisition strategies as needed.


Sales Enablement and Partner Training

  • Provide new partners with all essential sales enablement resources to help them achieve early success.
  • Deliver product training and onboarding sessions to ensure partners are fully equipped to sell Voiso’s offerings and understand the CCaaS landscape.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with new partners, identifying any additional support needed for rapid growth.


Compliance and Ethical Conduct:

  • Adhere strictly to all industry regulations, company compliance policies, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are conducted ethically and with integrity.
  • Avoid offering, promising, or giving any form of bribe or inducement to influence a business decision.
  • Report any suspected compliance violations immediately to the Compliance Officer or through official channels.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, contracts, and transactions.
  • Submit periodic sales and compliance reports to management.
  • Ensure customer data is managed and stored in compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

  • 3+ years of experience in partner or channel account management, preferably in SaaS or telecom
  • Strong understanding of VoIP, DIDs, SIP, and SaaS sales cycles
  • High level of emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Experience in international sales environments
  • Proficiency with demo tools and CRM platforms
  • Self-driven and capable of managing multiple partner accounts with autonomy
  • Willingness to travel 25%+ for partner visits and events
