General Manager

We are looking for a high-impact Operations Manager CEBU who can take full ownership of end-to-end operationsfrom plant/manufacturing to supply chain and project execution.

This role is for a leader who can drive performance, scale operations, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate operations across production, supply chain, sales support, and construction
• Ensure efficient plant operations (production, quality, maintenance, and output optimization)
• Align sales forecasts with production and delivery execution
• Oversee project executionon time, on budget, and to standard
• Drive KPIs, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Manage logistics, procurement, and inventory optimization
• Build and lead high-performing, accountable teams
• Champion continuous improvement and scalable systems

Qualification

• 710 years in operations, with 35 years in senior leadership
• Strong background in manufacturing + construction/project execution
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end operations and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in plant operations, supply chain, and cost optimization
• Strategic, decisive, and results-driven leader
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
