About QS Project
At QS Project, we support Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors across Ireland and internationally with the commercial management of their construction projects. We help teams stay on top of quotations, variations, valuations, payment applications, and project documentation, using structured processes that keep everything accurate, consistent, and compliant.
Our work gives cost managers clearer visibility on project finances and helps them manage the commercial side of their jobs with confidence.
About the Role
Kickstart your career at the sharp end of business. We’re hiring a final-year students or recent graduate to join our growing company in a client‑facing, high‑impact role selling our proven software products to the construction and infrastructure sectors across Ireland and the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling proven SaaS solutions to construction and infrastructure companies in Ireland and UK
- Engaging with clients via calls, demos, meetings, and events
- Working with founders and marketing to identify opportunities and grow business pipeline
- Building relationships with prospects and customers
- Closing deals and contributing directly to revenue
This is a hands‑on commercial role with a clear path to Sales Executive and Senior roles.
Who We’re Looking For
As part of our commercial pipeline team, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, opportunity qualification, and relationship‑building that leads to new business. This role suits a self‑starter who’s proactive, commercially curious, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment with visibility to senior leadership.
Degrees welcome: Business, Marketing, Economics, Computing, or any discipline with strong communication and commercial skills.

What’s on Offer
Salary: €30,000 base
Commission: €10,000–€15,000 (uncapped, paid quarterly)
OTE: €40,000–€45,000

Role Requirements
- Minimum 2.1 degree (or on track to achieve one) in any discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets, LinkedIn)
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- A self‑starter who takes initiative and enjoys working in a target‑driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Prior customer‑facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) is an advantage, but not essential
