About the Role


As the HR Assistant you will assist with recruiting efforts, supporting HR operations, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and employees.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring team
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and update internal ATS
  • Support onboarding process, including preparing offer forms and new hire documentation
  • Assist with employee resources administrative tasks
