- Strong focus on business-side project implementation and migration experience rather than pure IT infrastructure/project delivery.
- Candidates may be required to work overtime and weekends during migrations.
- Domestic travel is required; international travel may be required based on project needs.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Supervisor II to support mid-to-large scale migration and implementation projects involving single-site and multi-site deployments across multiple products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing customer account migrations, and the ability to lead cross-functional implementation teams. This role requires strong communication, planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support mid-to-large scale implementation and migration projects.
- Manage account migrations involving multiple sites, products, and services.
- Develop implementation models, deployment plans, project schedules, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate implementation phases including planning, execution, training, and post-implementation support.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business units.
- Conduct project status meetings and follow up on action items.
- Partner closely with Program Managers and business stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly status reports, implementation updates, and project documentation.
- Perform post-implementation audits, lessons learned reviews, and ongoing project analysis.
- Utilize project management tools to track milestones, risks, deliverables, and project success metrics.
- Participate in daily status meetings using Zoom or similar collaboration platforms.
- Travel to customer locations to support migration and implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or migration management.
- Strong experience managing mid-to-large scale business implementation projects.
- Experience handling account migrations and cross-functional project coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating project plans, schedules, reports, and implementation documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification preferred (PMP Training will also be considered).
- Experience within Logistics and Supply Chain environments.
- Strong business operations and client-facing implementation experience.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
