Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node/React) - Real Estate

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team building internal platforms for a real estate brokerage company. The role involves designing and developing full-stack features, building scalable backend services, and contributing to automation and operational tooling in a fast-paced, AI-first engineering environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development
• Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue
• Solid working knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments, with AWS preferred
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or MCP (Model Context Protocol) services
• AI-Augmented Development: Use of Claude Code (or equivalent agentic tools) for non-trivial architectural and coding tasks
• Experience working independently in a remote-first, async engineering environment
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
