Requirements

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial and functional leaders.
• Support Special Projects and SEE initiatives through financial modeling, business cases, and scenario analysis.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights to inform decision-making.
• Ensure alignment with corporate FP&A processes, timelines, and governance standards.
• Own and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for FP&A methodologies and best practices within AGT.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Commercial Excellence, and enterprise partners.
• Mentor and develop analysts, fostering strong analytical rigor and executive communication.
• Contribute to team engagement, capability building, and talent development within the Poland FP&A organization.
