Shipium builds technical infrastructure for complex supply chains. As the Lead Technical Implementation Consultant, you will own the technical execution lifecycle, managing post-contract integration projects and acting as the primary technical anchor for the implementation team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related technical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven track record in a customer-facing technical implementation, software delivery, or solutions architecture role within the supply chain tech space
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, code generation, troubleshooting, or documentation
- Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management systems
