Hyperbolic Labs is seeking a Head of Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of the company during a period of rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases
• Strong track record owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution
• Experience building scalable systems and processes that replace manual workflows
• Hands-on operator who can execute tactically while driving strategic operational improvements
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing operations teams
• Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, marketplace, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses
