Requirements
- Strong experience in production or post-production coordination within film, television, or high-volume content environments
- Deep familiarity with post-production workflows including editorial, VFX, finishing, and delivery
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident follow-up style
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and multiple time zones
- Experience with ShotGrid (Flow), NIM, Jira, or similar production management tools
- Interest in working within a technology-driven production environment
