Manager will report to the VP, Total Rewards, and will be responsible for leading benefits efforts in delivering a high-quality employee experience while maintaining strong operational rigor and compliance.
Requirements
Deep experience in benefits administration, benefits program management, or HR operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments Strong project and process management skills A practical, employee-centered mindset
