VP, Professional Services

Vanta is looking for a VP, Professional Services to build its Professional Services function from the ground up, defining delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing model, and team structure. The role will own the end-to-end delivery of implementation and consultative engagements, driving measurable outcomes for customers.

Requirements

10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software and/or AI company Proven builder of PS organizations from scratch Track record of owning services revenue, scoping, pricing, and selling professional services engagements AI-forward mindset, actively using AI tools to drive team productivity and delivery quality Strong operator, building processes, implementing tools, and using data to drive decisions Executive presence, navigating complex enterprise customer relationships and serving as a credible partner to C-suite stakeholders
