Enterprise Account Manager - UK

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology. We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and delight our customers: dentists across the UK. The role will focus on driving Net Revenue Retention by fostering strong customer relationships, activating new user growth, and expanding into new locations.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other role that interfaced directly with dentists Track record of upselling and growing your account portfolio Established and managed relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium sized businesses Enjoy talking on the phone with clients for over 60% of your day. Have a desire to dive deeper and understand customer’s pain points. Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to inform your decisions and outreach. Enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration to hone your craft Highly motivated, performance driven individual. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
