We are looking for an Observability Analyst with strong delivery capacity and hands-on skills to act in the evolution of monitoring maturity, troubleshooting, and operational decision-making.
Requirements
- Solid experience in observability tools, especially Dynatrace
- Capacity for advanced log, metric, and trace analysis for troubleshooting
- MTTR, MTTD, MTBF
- Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps practices
- Experience with multicloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with ITSM (incidents, problems, changes)
