Enfuce is seeking a commercially astute financial services lawyer to lead negotiations, shape deal structures, and drive growth while ensuring risk remains within the company’s defined risk appetite.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (UK), Rechtsanwalt (Germany) or Abogado (Spain)
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Experience at an internationally recognised commercial law firm or leading national firm is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in the financial services sector
  • Demonstrable experience leading negotiations directly with regulated financial institutions or Tier 1 banks
