Enfuce is seeking a commercially astute financial services lawyer to lead negotiations, shape deal structures, and drive growth while ensuring risk remains within the company’s defined risk appetite.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (UK), Rechtsanwalt (Germany) or Abogado (Spain)
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience at an internationally recognised commercial law firm or leading national firm is strongly preferred
- Demonstrable experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in the financial services sector
- Demonstrable experience leading negotiations directly with regulated financial institutions or Tier 1 banks
