We're looking for a Data Engineer & Owner – CRM & Marketing to join Telia, bridging data and business to strengthen our Commercial Development organization.
Requirements
- Own and structure the marketing data domain (customer profiles, lifecycle stages, campaign interactions)
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines that enable activation and personalization
- Ensure segments, triggers, and audiences are accurate and available for CRM use cases
- Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Enable measurement of campaigns and customer journeys (e.g., A/B testing, control groups, attribution)
- Identify and drive improvements in data models, pipelines, and martech setup
