Executive Producer (Contract)

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex digital, brand, marketing, or integrated production engagements
• Experience overseeing diverse deliverables including brand strategy, website development/builds, campaigns, and social initiatives
• Strong operational leadership across budgeting, forecasting, staffing, intake, and project planning
• Excellent client partnership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, pressure, and difficult conversations thoughtfully
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, writing, and technology disciplines
• Ability to translate between disciplines while keeping teams aligned around shared goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience managing retainers or ongoing client relationships is a strong plus
• Comfortable stepping into both leadership and hands-on production responsibilities as needed
• Practices Creative Intelligence by staying curious about emerging tools and technologies (including AI) and applying sound judgment about when and how they should inform the work.
