Requirements
- 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law
- J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. (U.K.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (active or inactive)
- Strong experience in contract review, due diligence, corporate governance, NDA drafting, or securities filings
