Application Analyst I - IA Enablement-Remote

The Application Analyst I is a junior builder dedicated to supporting Mayo Clinic 's citizen developer program. This role coaches citizen developers using UiPath StudioX, answers day-to-day build questions, reviews citizen-built automations against program standards, and contributes hands-on automation builds when needed. It is an excellent on-ramp for a developer who wants to grow in UiPath and AI enablement while actively coaching others. Key Responsibilities : Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices, standards, and build patterns. Review citizen-built automations for quality, safety, security, and alignment to program standards. Build hands-on automations where citizen-dev capacity or complexity requires professional support. Support citizen developer onboarding, office hours, and community of practice events. Maintain and improve citizen developer templates, reusable components, and documentation. Triage questions and incidents related to citizen-developed automations; escalate appropriately. Contribute to AI Enablement activities by supporting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers. Grow technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI-enabled work.
