This is not a recruitment role. If your background is primarily in Talent Acquisition, this isn't the right fit. This role is 100% post-hire: labor relations, BIR processing, compliance, payroll, engagement.

🕒 Schedule: US Central Hours (evening PH time)

⚡ Your Day as a Human Resource Associate at Vivant:
No two days are the same — but every day, you make an impact.
- Support and drive HR operations alongside the HR Specialist
- Keep everything compliant — from DOLE regulations to company policies
- Own and organize employee records, contracts, and government benefits
- Help power smooth timekeeping, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking
- Deliver a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for new hires
- Support performance reviews, gather feedback, and help manage PIPs
- Bring the culture to life by organizing meaningful employee engagement activities
- Be the go-to person for HR questions — approachable, reliable, and proactive
- Ensure proper labor compliance for our independent contractors
- Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align people strategies and strengthen culture
- Handle BIR transactions and key tax-related processes with accuracy
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of HR experience — ideally in BPO, tech, or telecommunications
- Proven experience handling BIR transactions
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
- Exposure to U.S. clients / HR practices is a strong advantage
- Tech-savvy and efficient:
- Google Workspace, MS Teams, Canva, and similar tools
- Comfortable working with AI tools — from prompting to improving workflows
- You thrive here if you are:
