Our client is a world-leading technology company specialising in test & measurement and secure communications, with a strong presence in Kiel. Complex, regulated, technically demanding work and a name that carries weight on your CV.

We are recruiting four Project Lead / Project Manager profiles for their Software Development division. These are not coordination roles. The right candidate will take full technical project leadership across one or more Software Solutions programmes, driving multi-team delivery in an agile environment with real accountability for scope, schedule, quality and stakeholder reporting.

The role involves:

• Technical project leadership for one or more Software Solutions projects end-to-end
• Consolidating roadmaps across multiple teams into integrated project plans, including certification milestones as explicit project gates
• Managing scope across sprints and phases, coordinating dependencies between teams and products
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners and Requirements Engineers across cross-functional development teams
• Monitoring time, cost and quality — risk management and Jira-based forecasting and resource planning
• Acting as central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, reporting KPIs and project results to management

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management
• Expert-level agile methodology — Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe in a multi-team environment
• Strong technical understanding of software development, test and release management processes
• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Experience in multi-project coordination, ideally in regulated or safety-critical industries
• Strong stakeholder management and assertiveness in complex organisational environments
• Business fluent German and English — both written and spoken, both mandatory

• Up to €95,000pa
• Kiel — up to 60% home office
