Our client —a powerhouse firm known for landmark, billion-dollar recoveries in high-stakes securities litigation is seeking a strong legal assistant for their Boca office.

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Legal Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep attorneys operating at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the preparation and formatting of critical legal documents
  • Keep attorneys organized—calendars, time entries, and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and high-level communications
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and case-related documentation
  • Support case file organization and litigation workflow

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3+ years in a litigation-focused law firm
  • Strong understanding of court filings, TOC/TOA, and federal procedures
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and document management systems
