🔥 We’re Hiring: Finance Generalist / Finance Specialist

A global IT company is growing and looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Specialist to join the team!

📍 Location: IT Park, Cebu

🏡 Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

• Onsite work required for the first 6 months (training/probation)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Day Shift

💵 Salary: Up to ₱30,000

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll (1st half & 2nd half)
• Upload payslips, compute final pay, and answer payroll-related inquiries
• Submit payroll reports and 13th month pay to VN HQ
• Handle statutory remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF – premiums & loans)
• Process employee cash requests for business needs
• Prepare and file taxes via eFPS, including BIR Form 2316
• Record payroll and statutory entries for month-end closing
• Prepare accruals (salary, leaves, 13th month, bonus, final pay)
• Support weekly cash planning
• Assist in year-end audit and BIR compliance
• Print and submit BIR loose-leaf books
• Perform other finance-related tasks as needed

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related course
• 3–5 years payroll experience handling 100+ headcount
• Experience with BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Experience with PEZA and SEC compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and people skills
• Can work independently and collaboratively
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
