This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, for a Junior Sales Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee and mentor team members to achieve sales goals, provide support to the sales team to enhance performance, and drive customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day responsibilities include setting goals, analyzing team performance metrics, managing client relationships, and fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment. You will also assist in implementing strategies aimed at achieving business targets and creating a positive impact on the organization.
- Proficiency in analytical skills to assess sales metrics and identify improvement areas
- Strong team management and leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a sales team
- Experience in customer service to establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven proficiency in sales, including achieving targets and developing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and communicate goals clearly
- Relevant experience in sales leadership or team management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
