Role Description
Noble CM Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support the successful execution of construction projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is ideal for an emerging construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a collaborative, safety-focused team. The Assistant Superintendent helps coordinate daily operations, drives jobsite organization, and supports our commitment to quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily on-site construction operations from mobilization through final completion
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and trade partner activities
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to the Project Superintendent
- Assist with scheduling and short-term look-ahead planning
- Help lead weekly trade partner meetings by preparing and updating agendas and constraint logs
- Support enforcement of jobsite safety standards and documentation
- Participate in quality control inspections, punch lists, and corrective actions
- Maintain project records, daily reports, and field documentation
- Coordinate inspections, consultants, and subcontractors
- Represent Noble CM Group professionally on-site with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction field experience preferred
- Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or related field role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Basic understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and willingness to learn from senior leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced jobsite environment and solve problems proactively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Exposure to CM-at-Risk, negotiated, or design-build delivery methods
- Experience on education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial projects
