We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO.
Location: Yehud (relocation to Modi’in during 2026)
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for the CEO and executive leadership team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Participate in executive and company meetings; prepare and circulate meeting summaries in Hebrew and English
- Track and follow up on executive team tasks, ensuring timely updates and progress
- Prepare high-quality presentations and executive materials (Hebrew & English)
- Coordinate internal communications materials, including newsletters and maintenance of the company portal
- Handle international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and approvals via TAS system
- Maintain ongoing communication in English with global subsidiaries and stakeholders
- Support the planning and execution of executive-level conferences and events
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management – mandatory
- Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a systemic mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with multiple stakeholders
