As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to support high-net-worth client relationships, ensure an exceptional client experience, and participate in the financial planning and advisory process. What You’ll Do

• Serve as liaison between high-net-worth clients and our world-class advisors, delivering a professional and personalized experience
• Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships
• Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communication
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and suitability documentation
• Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters
• Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation
• Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long-term relationship management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
• Prior client-facing experience preferred
• Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services roles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
