Role Description
As a full-time Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will oversee client accounts, manage project timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on objectives. Additionally, you will track campaign performance, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for growth. This is an on-site position based in North Little Rock, AR.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Marketing, account strategy, and campaign planning expertise
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or minimum 5 years business to business sales experience
- Experience in a client-facing role, particularly within an agency or professional services environment, is a plus
Salary
The salary for this position will be $55,000-$60,000 plus commission annually.
