What You'll Be Doing:

• Source & Recruit Talent: Proactively identify, contact, and engage qualified candidates using outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, job boards, and ATS tools.
• Build Strong Pipelines: Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates through consistent follow‑up and relationship‑building.
• Interview & Assess: Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to evaluate fit for our school‑based roles.
• Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS.
• Relationship Builder: Foster long‑term candidate relationships that lead to referrals and repeat placements.

What You Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus).
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or talent sourcing preferred.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, performance metrics, and a fast‑paced workload.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail‑oriented.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven mindset with a desire to grow a long‑term recruiting career.
