Role : Paid Media Specialist
Location : Melbourne
Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days wfh.
A high-growth consumer brand within the sports & gambling space is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their expanding marketing team.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role suited to someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital channels
- Monitoring performance daily and optimising campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion data
- Working closely with creative/design teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Supporting campaign strategy, audience targeting and budget allocation
- Ensuring tracking, reporting and account structure are maintained to a high standard
- Analysing campaign results and providing insights/recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Staying up to date with platform updates, trends and emerging paid media opportunities
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Exposure to TikTok Ads and other emerging paid channels
- Comfortable managing campaigns independently from setup through to optimisation and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting campaign data and performance metrics
- Understanding of creative best practice across different digital channels
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Experience within sport, gambling, entertainment or agency environments highly regarded
