Role Overview:
The Account Coordinator is the bridge between our clients and the internal project team. You will manage the day-to-day workflow of projects from initial estimation to final delivery, ensuring everything stays on schedule, on budget, and meets our high quality standards.
Employment Terms
- Contract Duration: 1 Year (Maternity Cover).
- Australian citizenship and Permanent Resident preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from start to finish, including creating estimates, assigning resources, and tracking progress.
- Quality Control: Review all deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Workflow Integration: Utilize Master Data Management (MDM) systems to ensure accurate project and financial data.
- Resource Alignment: Work with Account Executives to coordinate copy, proofs, and design assets.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the daily liaison for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Needs Discovery: Participate in client meetings to identify new service opportunities that meet evolving business needs.
- Technical Translation: Turn complex client requests into clear, actionable instructions for the creative and production teams.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively partner with stakeholders to solve project roadblocks.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Invoicing: Manage project details, change orders, and rework evidence to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Profitability: Drive efficiency in project tasks to support account growth and margin targets.
- Client Onboarding: Support the transition of new clients by attending pre-integration and planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in account/project coordination or marketing (relevant internships will be considered).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and a basic understanding of creative design processes across various media (packaging, digital, print).

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable with mathematical concepts for budgeting and invoicing.
- Ability to work autonomously while influencing peers and senior management.
