Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cultivate new customers relationships
  • Understand costumers goals, objectives, and desired outcomes
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify key decision-makers, understand customers needs, and tailor presentations, proposals, and demonstrations accordingly
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer’s inquiries and provide timely answers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competition
  • Represent JLL Asset Beacon in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of proven work experience as a Senior/Sales Account Executive or similar role for a SaaS company
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce.com ,Salesloft, Zoominfo a plus
  • Understanding and consistent achievement of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently, long hours and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Remote (East Coast) - New York - Philadelphia Metro - Dallas - Boston - Chicago
  • OTE: 200-300k
