🎯 Role Overview

As a Product Manager you’ll support the day-to-day product and tech operations of both Carlo App (B2C) and Core by Carlo (B2B platform).

This role is central to ensuring smooth execution across bugs, requests, and releases, while enabling the product team to focus on the strategic roadmap and feature development.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external providers to maintain clarity, structure, and momentum across product activities in a fast-paced environment.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Track, document, and follow up on bugs, issues, and technical tasks
• Organize incoming requests (features, issues, questions) and route them effectively
• Support product operations across Carlo App and Core by Carlo (B2B platform)
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external providers
• Maintain and update product backlogs, task lists, and documentation
• Support releases with basic testing, validation, and issue verification
• Monitor user feedback and ensure issues are properly captured and assigned
• Support small features and improvements from definition to delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Contribute to improving product processes and workflows

📚 Knowledge & Technical Skills

• You’ll need a solid foundation in the following areas:
• Strong organizational and structured thinking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Clickup, or similar
• Basic understanding of digital product management or software development
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Interest in fintech, payments, or SaaS products is a plus

🎓 Experience & Background

• Recently graduated in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Interest in product management, operations, or tech-driven environments
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Exposure to startup environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; French is not required, but it's a big plus.
