Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Area Manager – Retail to lead and elevate our store network across Ap. This role demands a refined leader with a strong eye for luxury retail, an ability to drive high-performance teams, and a passion for delivering elevated in-store experiences that reflect the GIVA brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business performance and revenue growth across multiple premium retail stores
- Champion an exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards
- Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing, customer-centric teams
- Ensure impeccable store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling across locations
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and store KPIs to drive strategic decisions
- Uphold operational excellence including inventory integrity, audit compliance, and process adherence
- Collaborate closely with central teams to execute marketing campaigns and retail initiatives
- Identify opportunities for expansion, market penetration, and store optimization
- Play a key role in new store launches, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in luxury/premium retail, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of managing multiple stores with strong business outcomes
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and elevate teams
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven yet customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and brand sensibility
