YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Closely monitor the developments in healthcare market landscape and the operating markets, and share these market insights within the company

• Maintain relations with IQVIA and other secondary data providers, have full knowledge of the data provided and give training to product teams whenever needed
• Share the relevant market information by updating the information platform open to all related stakeholders and other market knowledge by various methods
• Understand the competitive healthcare market (particularly the strengths and weaknesses of Bayer’s products and key competitors in assigned market/customer areas)

2.Prepare product team specific reports, reports related with Turkey healthcare market and Bayer Pharma’s performance both on a periodic and ad- hoc basis, rich of market insights to guide management team and business units to take relevant actions

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the product teams and Bayer Pharma in general based on IQVIA, CRM and CLM data
• Check periodically if the report meets the needs of the product team and give active support to the development of reports

3.Execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research studies tailor-made to answer relevant business questions and to guide the formulation of marketing strategies

• Commission the study to a market research agency and manage the project in terms of method development, quality and cost under the supervision of BIS/BIM
• Ensure that the analysis answers the needs and the product team has a specific action plan after reviewing the results

4.Give active support to the product teams in forecasting of operational markets and Bayer Pharma products, prepare the results as an output to the budgeting process, review and update if necessary the forecasts inline with the RF periods

5.Give active support to medium sized marketing related projects or lead small sized marketing related projects

6.Give active support to the analysis of business development opportunities and preparation of the business cases under the supervision of BIS/BIM

7.Participate in the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications

• Participate in the projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems
• Deliver end-user training and training materials on BI solutions

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, MIS from a reputable university, MBA is a plus
• Personal characteristics: Analytical, researcher, quality-oriented, strategic, initiative taker, flexible
• Skills & Knowledge: Business analytics, market research, statistics, project management, customer oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork
