Novadsa is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team focused on data, AI, and modern cloud technologies.
The individual in this role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, actively creating leads, engaging with potential clients, and managing the sales process end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, positioning suitable technology solutions, organizing client meetings, preparing and following up on proposals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is expected to contribute directly to Novadsa’s growth in target industries and build strong relationships with enterprise clients in areas such as data platforms, AI solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise software projects.
This is a hybrid part-time position based in Beyoğlu, İstanbul, with flexibility for remote work on certain days.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT / technology sector
- Proven ability to generate new leads and create business opportunities proactively
- Experience in business development, account management, or technology sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client challenges and position suitable technology solutions
- Comfortable managing the sales pipeline and following proposal processes in a structured manner
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes
- Interest or experience in data analytics, AI platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
