The role:
As a member of the CEO Office, you will work side-by-side with our CEO on the highest-leverage problems facing the company, from strategy and capital allocation to commercial execution and operating cadence. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can move fluently between board-level thinking and hands-on delivery, and who wants to build the operating muscle of a fast-scaling global SaaS business
What’s in it for you:

- A senior network and accelerated growth: Build relationships with executives, investors, partners, and customers across Europe and Türkiye. The role is a launchpad into senior strategy, operations, or commercial leadership tracks.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy & PMO: Help structure strategic priorities, translate them into initiatives, track dependencies and risks, and drive follow-ups with senior stakeholders across the company.
- Executive deliverables: Build sharp decks, board and QBR inputs, memos, and business cases that frame decisions and move them forward.
- Financial & commercial analytics: Own financial analyses, unit economics, cash flow and budget tracking, and scenario modeling to support major commercial and capital decisions.
- Revenue operations: Drive pipeline tracking, forecasting hygiene, and performance dashboards; help shape the operating cadence across Sales, CS, and Delivery.
- Partnership & GTM support: Contribute to partner mapping, joint GTM planning, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives across regions.
- Cross-functional execution: Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success to unblock priorities, close gaps, and keep execution tight.
- CEO support & representation: Coordinate executive-level meetings, prepare materials, capture decisions and action items, and represent the CEO’s office internally and externally with professionalism and discretion.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, high-growth SaaS/scale-up, or strategy/ops at a top-tier company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical toolkit & AI Familiarity: advanced Excel (structured analysis and models) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling), comfortable working with agentic AI tools to streamline processes.
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset: you take initiative, operate with autonomy, and drive things to closure without needing to be pushed
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across many parallel workstreams
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- A genuine bias for learning and growth, and the energy to operate at the pace of a scaling global company
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to consulting, VC/PE, B2B SaaS, or strategy/ops roles in scale-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM and BI tools (HubSpot, Looker, etc)
- Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, customer engagement, and AI-native productivity tools.
- Experience working across multiple geographies or with international stakeholders.
