Accounting Manager

I’m partnering with a fast-growing organization in Philadelphia looking to hire an Accounting Manager due to company growth and an internal promotion. This is a high-visibility opportunity with an entrepreneurial feel and strong long-term upside.

This role offers broad exposure across accounting, finance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and have the chance to make a real impact as the company continues to scale.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Lead the month-end close process
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning initiatives
• Develop and improve accounting processes/SOPs
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership on strategic projects
• Support acquisition/M&A-related initiatives

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

• 5+ years of experience
• CPA and public accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional Analytical and problem solving skills
