Marketing and E-Commerce Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to drive marketing activity across retail, catering, and digital. Working closely with the administration team, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, driving digital performance, and ensuring our brand shows up consistently across every channel. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both thinking and doing — someone who can take initiative, stay organised, and continuously improve how things are done.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels
• Manage and optimise website, email marketing and online listings
• Support e-commerce performance, focusing on customer experience and conversion
• Assist with PR, partnerships and brand activity
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality execution
• Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all touchpoints
• Support content planning and creation across digital, social and in-store

• Experience in a marketing, digital or e-commerce role (2–5 years preferred)
• A genuine interest in hospitality, food or retail
• A strong generalist skillset across marketing, digital and/or PR
• Good understanding of digital channels including email, social and website management
• Commercial awareness — you understand how marketing contributes to results
• Able to interpret data and use it to improve performance
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your work
