🚀 Full Stack AI Engineer (German-Speaking)

I'm working with a fast-growing AI startup building cutting-edge voice technology that can handle full phone conversations, indistinguishable from humans.


In just over a year, they’ve scaled to 6,000+ customers and are adding €200k ARR per week. This is a genuine product-market-fit, high-growth environment. They’re now looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to join at a critical stage and take end-to-end ownership of product development.


This isn’t a typical engineering role. You’ll operate as a true Product Engineer owning everything from:

  • Idea generation
  • Customer problem discovery
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Shipping production-ready features used by thousands


You’ll have full autonomy to decide what to build and how to build it.

  • Node.js
