Project Manager, Omni (New Position)

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

This role as the core coordinator of Retail Omni projects, be fully responsible for the full lifecycle management of related projects. This role will take the lead in coordinating and driving cross function teams and resources to ensure projects are delivers on time with quality and within budget, in the end support retail business realize online-offline integration and improve user experiences and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Overall Management

• Responsible for the full process management of planning, initiation, kick-off, execution, monitoring and closure of omni related projects.

• Formulate clear project plans and implement then strictly to ensure the achievement of project objectives include project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, etc.

2. Requirement and scope management: Connect with necessary business parties, accurately explore and sort out Omni-channel requirements, clarify requirement priorities, output, strictly control project scope to avoid requirement creep, and ensure requirements are consistent with business objectives.

3. Cross function team collaboration: Take the lead in coordinating cross function team and resources, timely synchronize project progress, resolve conflicts and problems in cross functional collaboration, and promote efficient cooperation among all parties.

4. Risk and issue management: Identify potential project risks in advance, establish a risk ledger and formulate response plans, timely handle unexpected problems during project execution, coordinate resources to solve them quicky, and ensure the smooth progress of projects.

5. Quality and cost control: Formulate project quality standards, supervise the quality of all project links, organize testing and acceptance work to ensure project delivery results meet business requirements and industry standards, strictly control project budget, allocate resources reasonably and reduce project costs and avoid waste.

6. Project review and optimization: After the completion of the project, organize project review work, summarize project experience and deficiencies, and output review reports, extract reusable project methodologies, apply them to subsequent omni projects, continuously optimize the project management process, and improve project delivery efficiency and quality.

7. Business collaboration and implementation: Deeply understand the business logic of omni channel, promote the implementation and application of project results in stores, online channel and all business links, coordinate the operation department to complete the promotion and optimization after project launch, and ensure the realization of project value.

8. Document management: Responsible for collation and filing of full process project documents to ensure the completeness, standardization and traceability of documents.
