The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Agent with a strong network in influencer marketing, creator management, and brand partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who understands the business of creators, loves relationship-building, and can confidently manage a roster of 7-10 creators. You will secure brand partnerships, negotiate deals, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the long-term trajectory of creators’ careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships across a roster of 7–10 social media creators
• Discover, recruit, and sign top creator talent aligned with Bright Side’s roster and vision.
• Represent creators in negotiations, ensuring favorable deal terms, usage rights, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow both individual talent and the agency’s overall partnerships.
• Review and approve creator content prior to submission to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and brand expectations.
• Ensure all deadlines, deliverables, and partnership obligations are met seamlessly.
• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming opportunities, client communication, and talent needs.
• Collaborate closely with agency leadership on talent growth, business development, and overall company strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer talent management, celebrity representation, creator partnerships, or entertainment management.
• Existing strong network of creators, brands, agencies, and industry contacts.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing brand partnerships and influencer campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-starter mentality—you see opportunities before they’re obvious. You take initiative and pitch new ideas before being asked to.
• Creative thinker with an ability to approach challenges with outside-the-box solutions.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for helping talent build meaningful careers.
