Operations Manager – Logistics Center

Providing internal operational services to all departments within the logistics center (DC), while managing, monitoring, and leading processes across safety, IT, transportation, traffic safety, procurement, security, facility management, maintenance, and automated warehouse operations.
Role Responsibilities
• Member of the DC management team
• Managing teams and managers, including training, certification, and professional development
• Defining work procedures and processes and ensuring compliance
• Leading improvement initiatives and SLA processes for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing and overseeing all projects, including contractor supervision and vendor management
• Managing and controlling the DC’s operational expense budget and annual capital investments
• Active member of the HACCP team and the Quality Forum
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Management preferred) – required
• Master’s degree – advantage
• Mechanical engineering technician certification – advantage
• Experience working with SAP – advantage
• Experience managing complex construction projects – strong advantage
• At least 3 years of experience managing large teams – required
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution/operations/procurement/safety management – required
• Proficiency in MS Office – required
• Experience with Sequence quality management system, Business Objects, Action Base, and EWM – significant advantage
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams and cross‑functional interfaces
• Strong analytical capabilities
• High-level English (spoken, written, reading)
• Ability to lead complex processes and analyze business workflows
