The Operations team is seeking a Contract and Compliance Specialist with a high degree of attention to detail to manage their growing portfolio of global agreements and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in contract administration or legal compliance, ideally within the aerospace, defense, or high-tech sectors.
- Deep familiarity with NDAs, commercial agreements, regulatory filing structure and intellectual property.
- Ability to pivot between straightforward administrative tasks and complex, multi-layered commercial negotiations.
