Homebound is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Dallas team and lead field operations for our single-family home projects. As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire construction process - from mobilization to delivery - with an uncompromising focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Superintendent in residential home construction or relevant experience
  • Proficiency with schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore)
  • Basic computer skills, including Google Suite
  • A valid driver’s license
