Requirements

US Citizenship or Green Card status At least three years of experience as an Agile Coach Experience leading agile transformations Effective coach and communicator Understanding of software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban Excellent facilitation skills Experience with all facets of the product management life cycle Certifications: SPC 5.0 Strongly preferred: RTE and Scrum Master certifications Passionate about product management and continuous learning Ability to maintain composure in the face of challenges Propose logical approaches to address issues Good written and oral communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
