Responsibilities
Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and notes in CRM to support planning and reporting Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and account planning Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines
Requirements
Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
Benefits
