Fullstack (RoR/ React/ React Native)

Our client is changing the game for small and mid-sized businesses, creating a fully automated marketplace where staffing requests, bookings, and invoicing all happen online. We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) who doesn’t just write code, but actually shapes how AI-powered automation works in production. You’ll own parts of the backend, build AI-assisted features, and make sure things scale smoothly—no endless meetings, no “best practice” buzzwords unless they actually make sense.

Requirements
